Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are handled for services provided by J&J Business Support, LLC.

2. Service-Based Policy

All services provided are time-based and service-based. Once work has begun, services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled service may be eligible for rescheduling or service credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

4. No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice constitutes a no-show. No refunds will be issued.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our discretion for:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Billing errors

  • Services canceled by us with no reschedule option

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed or partially completed services

  • Missed appointments

  • Administrative setup or onboarding work

  • Delivered digital materials

7. Company Cancellations

If we must cancel a service, clients may be offered rescheduling or a refund at our discretion.

8. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact billing@jjbusinesssupportllc.com before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service termination.
